Hi developers. It is mortality considered in the game? Eg. If you miss diagnosis or a surgeon isn't enough skilled.
Thank you very much.

Hi, this is a sensitive topic, so we plan to give you the option to choose what happens when everything fails - patients will either die or be (design pending) transported to a different hospital.
And yes, some examples that can lead there include trying to treat a wrong diagnosis or having a patient in critical state wait for treatment too long.

Thank you very much. I think will be a good compromise for realism (patient dying) and soft gaming (patient transferred)

I'm all for patient dying. There are unavoidable circumstances.
May I suggest to be able to upgrade the hospital to an upper line(I don't know what it's called in English since it's not my mother tongue) where you receive patients from other hospital/clinic that potentially more difficult to diagnose or treat(or already diagnosed but didn't have the mean to treat). You will earn more from each patient you treat but can't transfer the patient. Which lead to the possible need to claim your hospital specialty so you can still transfer patients that are not in your field of treatment(if you guy are trying to make the game that complex).
Furthermore, about death, will there be elderly or terminally ill patients that you can't actually save anymore but you have to try anyway?

Hi, patients transferred from different hospitals/clinics are indeed planned, maybe not mainly as a challenge, but as a source of interesting cases for your specialized departments.

Regarding terminally ill patients, we're trying to keep the feel of the game positive and give the player at least a chance to cure everybody, so it's not on the list.

Death is a common part of life. Especially in hospitals where people go when they are in bad shape. Dont see how thats sensitive imo.
